Context
Introducing a series of posters made from graphic compositions – texts, shapes, and photos – drawn from excerpts of interviews in Ludovic Balland's project: ‘The Day After Reading.’
Context
“This project deals with how people remember information perceived in the daily media and aims to find out about personal reading habits. It illustrates remembered ‘leftovers’ of the everyday consume of newspapers and visualises individual processing of published, written ‘facts’.” – L. Balland

I'm Théo Marielle, a French graphic designer, image maker, and type designer, with an approach at the intersection of identity, storytelling, and language. From the detail of a letter to the grain of an image, I develop generous, modular graphic systems and bold visual solutions, spanning from printed matter to digital artifacts.
I'm currently based in Lyon, France, and working worldwide. Since 2023, I have been teaching several design courses–including art direction and brand design classes–at STRATE, School of Design (Lyon).
You can often find me on ↗ Are.na, my personal garden where I cultivate ideas, share knowledge, and gather resources. Feel free to also browse my ↗ journal, and because I love making lists, here are a few: ↗ places, ↗ songs, ↗ films.
For any design inquiries, don't hesitate to reach out ↗ here or ↗ here. And if you'd like to connect for anything else, you can write me ↗ here.
