Introducing I AM – Cinematic Heroic Storylines, a project that explores the enduring fascination with heroes through the lens of contemporary films. Drawing inspiration from Joseph Campbell's The Hero with a Thousand Faces (1949), this graphic novel depicts the shared destinies of modern film heroes. Through intertwined compositions of image and text, I AM – Cinematic Heroic Storylines follows a narrative structure inspired by Campbell's ‘Monomyth’, revealing a common pattern of choices, trials, and challenges in these heroic journeys across recent decades.

About
Théo Marielle — designer, researcher, collector, and educator based in Lyon, France. I explore the intersections of identity, storytelling, and language, combining cultural, psychological, and social perspectives.
™Office is the space where I design modular graphic systems, custom typefaces, and visual languages. They unfold across print and digital media in cultural, corporate, music, cinema, architecture, and martial arts contexts — always with a narrative-driven approach.
Since 2023, I have been teaching art direction, brand design, and creative research at STRATE, School of Design.
